Sir Alec Guinness and Ewan McGregor played Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Star Wars series. The third is a bit of code that shows an off-by-one error, affectionately called an obi-wan error (The array has 10000 elements, but the loop accesses 10001 elements)

Rampant speculation, this. Consider it more along the “arbit” vector, as opposed to the “knowledge dissemination” vector.

Connect these seemingly arbitrary bunch of places.

Mea Culpa. I had uploaded a wrong map. Please refresh page with Ctrl+F5 (FF) or Shift+F5 (IE)

Hint: The list is not exhaustive. There are some, including the most popular version of the “connect” which cannot be placed on a map.

Cracked by Dibyo and pratap. Really hard to Google for the answer. Amazing work guys!

(2) is the Jacquard loom. It is possibly the earliest example of a device programmable via an external storage device (i.e. Punch cards). All the famous punch-card computers, starting from Babbage’s analytical engine itself, were inspired by the Jacquard loom.
