We are facing a rare solar-eclipse type situation where both of us have Internet access issues, something that never happened simultaneously until now.

Also, an update to the Wordpress core has broken our scoring system and we need to fix our backend php code, which needs some time.

Yes, it was a rickroll :)

The algorithm was very simple. The color was X-Axis, the number was Y-Axis and the other character was.. well, a character form the message. When you saw a -1, it meant it was a space. Arranging these letters row/column wise will give you the message above.

As soon as you crack the algo, you can run 4 lines of perl to decode the message. Like this one

Inspired by “Numbers Stations” ( and other Sci-fi movies I have been watching lately), Boiledbeans will transmit encrypted data starting at 2000 PST on November 29, 2009 ( 0930 IST on November 30, 2009) .

This transmission is fairly simple and easy to decode and anybody else who decodes it will get 2 points. We will accept answers for decoded transmissions until 2 days after we receive the first correct answer.
