The IBM Thinkpad! Apparently, IBM had a campaign in the 90s that involved the word “Think!”. As part of this campaign they released a series of notepads within IBM for employees which just had the word “Think” on them. Hence, when the tablet/notebook/laptop was eventually announced, that was named the ThinkPad.
