They say it’s to promote reading as the book will be unreadable if you procrastinate.
    I say it’s just a gimmick to stop sharing/resale.

‘el libro que no puede esperar’ or ‘the book that can’t wait’

It is printed with ink that completely disappears within two to four months of opening the package

the book that cant wait….printed with disappearing ink.
Once the wrapper is removed and the book is cracked, the ink begins to age; it’s got a lifespan of less than two months. Just months after being opened, The Book That Can’t Wait is filled with nothing but blank pages.

The book that cant wait — published by Eterna Cadencia
The ink disappears two moths after coming into contact with light and air

“The book, “El Libro que No Puede Esperar” (The Book That Can’t Wait), comes sealed in a plastic wrapper. Once the wrapper is removed and the book is cracked, the ink begins to age; it’s got a lifespan of less than two months. Just months after being opened, The Book That Can’t Wait is filled with nothing but blank pages.

That makes the book unputdownable in an entirely new way.” – http://latimesblogs.latimes.co.....g-ink.html
