The name D is, keeping in tune with the recursive nature of things, a reference to a feature of D itself – message passing. Message passing was by no means something invented by C or in D. It was from an older language E, created in Oslo.
E is considered the first true language that implemented the concept “F“. F is one of the most commonly used paradigms today, having outlasted/outpopularized almost every other paradigm. Interestingly enough, the first thoughts of F came up in the development of A!
Having completed that loop – the question is simple. Identify D through F for 1 point.
