russian missile spiralling out of control and leaking fuel all the way freaks out poor norwegians. as if an alien scare wasn’t bad enough, they now have to keep looking over their shoulders for a russian invasion.

This was a vortex of light seen over Norway in late December 2009 (right before Obama receiving the nobel actually.

The most popular explanation was that it was caused by the failed launch of a russian missile.

Other options were wormholes and the LHC.

Weird spiral lights over Norway. Later identified as (probably) a failed launch of the Russian missile Bulava.

(If the USA retaliates to a missile strike by Russia, will they justify it by saying “Russia se Bulava aaya tha.”? Har har..)
