What are we transmitting?
PlayInspired by “Numbers Stations” ( and other Sci-fi movies I have been watching lately), Boiledbeans will transmit encrypted data starting at 2000 PST on November 29, 2009 ( 0930 IST on November 30, 2009) .
You can reach the transmission here
Your goal is to decode the transmission and post the answer here.
The first one to decode correctly will receive 5 points and a trophy!
This transmission is fairly simple and easy to decode and anybody else who decodes it will get 2 points. We will accept answers for decoded transmissions until 2 days after we receive the first correct answer.

So in my defense i choose to tell that any person who is willing to write down the transmission and allocate and arrange the letters in them basis the vibgyor could most kindly mail me the answer!!
