Erik Estavillo has sued Blizzard claiming that WoW is destroying his life. He cited Martin Gore of Depeche Mode and Winona Ryder as witnesses(?). He’s also sued MS for a failing “red-ring” XBOX360, Sony for being booted off the PSN, and Nintendo for something or other about the Wii.
Too sleepy, hopefully that made sense.

For stupid reasons, sued Microsoft (XBOX), Wii (Nintendo), Sony (PS3), Activision (World of Warcraft) – he made the court issue summons to Martin Gore and Wynona Ryder (as witnesses) in the case related to WoW.
