Answer:
“Weird” packets as defined by the Jargon File :-)
- A breath-of-life packet – An Ethernet packet that contains bootstrap code, periodically sent out from a working computer to infuse the “breath of life” into any computer on the network that has crashed
- Christmas tree packet – A packet with every single option set for whatever protocol is in use
- Kamikaze packet – same as above
- Martian packet – A packet sent on a TCP/IP network with a source address of the test loopback interface
- Godzillagram – A network packet that in theory is a broadcast to every machine in the universe
- Chernobyl packet – A network packet that induces a broadcast storm and/or network meltdown

Connect is different types of nastygrams.
Christmas, kamikaze, martian, Chernobyl packets. Godzillagram. These are okay.
1st pic = CPR => Kiss of Life => Ping of death? Does this contrivance explain the flame-retardant suit?!

“cookies” seem to fit for everything but “CPR”.
That, or it’s some wacky list of disaster types from Sim City games.
