    Prosthetic Arms
Pic 1 is a prosthetic arm that is part of DARPA’s RP2009 (Revolutionizing Prosthetics) Program. Its specialty is that its the world’s first fully neurally controlled prosthetic arm with sensory perception capabilities.
Pic 2 is Luke Skywalker. In star Wars Episode 5, after Vader severes Luke’s arm, the movie ends with scenes showing Luke being fitted with a prosthetic arm which is just as good as his old arm. Luke uses the same prosthetic arm through Episode 6 as well.

This is most definitely a repeat question (too lazy to find the earlier question though).
