Answer: It is the Hansen Writing Ball – one of the early typewriters.

The hint “Little Miss Sunshine” is about the kid in the movie with the same name who makes a vow of silence until he reaches his goal of becoming an air force test pilot. He is highly influenced by Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche in the movie.

Nietzsche used the Hansen writing ball for authoring most of his works mainly because he of his vision problems and chronic headaches.
