Answer:
Warner Bros. took some extremely stringent measures with The Dark Knight to ensure it wasn’t pirated and released onto the scene. The Pirate Bay got its hands on the torrent about 36 hours after the movie’s release, and immediately changed their logo to this. They also renamed themselves’ The Pirate Bat, pretty much sticking their tongue out at WB.
This was, however, a success for WB. Considering that most movies leak well _before_ release, a 36 hour delay is a significant improvement.

That’s Pirate Bay cashing in on the hype/publicity surrounding the new Batman movie. During and around the release of the movie the torrent site changed its name to the ‘Pirate Bat’ with the above picture above its logo, clicking on which would take one to a search for Dark Knight torrents.
