1,3 and 4 are names of the softwares distributed by the Debian Project. These are actually the rebranded Mozilla softwares minus their trademarks and artwork.Iceweasel for Firefox, Iceape for Seamonkey,Icedove for Thunderbird.
2 is GNU project’s web browser based on Firefox, which was initially named IceWeasel, but since Debian had already registered the name,it was changed to IceCat.
