Seriously, dude, calm down.
A court statement made by (1) during a hearing three years ago claimed that someone, say X, made some very very obnoxious statements involving (2)s and (3).
What am I talking about? Identify (X), (1) and (3). Don’t bother with (2), it is just a representative of its species.

Lucovsky testified that when he told MS his decision to quit, Ballmer got enraged and threw a fit. He apparently screamed that he would do many bad things to Schmidt, and smashed a chair at a wall to illustrate his point.

Apparently, as testified by Mark Lucovsky, Steve Ballmer threw a chair at his Office when Mark Lucovsky informed him that he was leaving Good Old MS for Google.
And Steve Ballmer’s words were
“F***ing Eric Schmidt is a f***ing pussy. I’m going to f***ing bury that guy, I have done it before, and I will do it again. I’m going to f***ing kill Google.”
