the Internet engineering task force(2) had published a humorous RFC document on april fools day. RFC 527 was called ARPAWOCKY the name is a parody on Jabberwocky(1) a nonsense literature poem, written by lewis carroll(3)

I spot Jabberwocky and Lewis Carroll up there. And since the IETF is also up there, I'd say the connect is Jabber, or XMPP.

If you really want a number, I'd say 3920 and 3921 :)

(1) is the Jabberwocky meeting Alice. (2) is the IETF logo and (3) is Lewis Carroll. I can't for the life of me work out a connection between all of them which is a number. Perhaps RFC 527 (ARPAWOCKY) ?

RFC 527 – Arpawocky

why explanations? they are long tedious time and energy consuming and all you end up with at the end of the process are a few more dead cells at the tip of your fingers. seriously its like asking – bob had a thing for jacks wife kelly, who was in reality having a rather good time with bob's best friend tom. Tom was a rather boastful fella and he couldn't quite keep quiet about his latest acquisition, a ford gt mustang, which was making heads turn, including the head of jack. bob's head was however unturned and focussed solely on the object of his affection jacks wife kelly. one fine day tom died. why did tom die and justify your answer in not more than 200 words. now why would you want to ask something like that?

or for that matter something equally similar like, lewis carol wrote something called something or the other jabberwocky. it made no sense whatsoever. something else didn't make any sense, and a bunch of little hunched guys sitting hunched over their little computers decided it was appropriate to malapropriate it to talk about this other thing that didn't make much sense. it was also by the way the beginning of the new financial year in india, though that isn't really related to this story. the question is why?
